Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify transformative opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to co-create future scenarios and roadmaps with stakeholders
- Monitor global trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and other exponential technologies
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product development plans
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite and board audiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience with foresight tools and frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
