- Design and manage the company's 2026 Innovation Roadmap
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate quantum computing and AI integration
- Author thought leadership publications on post-2026 economic paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or executive innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
