- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor and report on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Champion a culture of innovation across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences

- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, books, reports)
