As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and product architects to anticipate technological disruptions, market shifts, and societal changes. You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives that inspire organizational transformation and position InnovateX as a thought leader in the next wave of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and social developments
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce scenario-planning models and risk-assessment frameworks for long-term initiatives
- Present insights to executive teams and external partners through compelling data visualizations
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams and integrating future-thinking into daily operations
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory changes affecting 2026+ business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with proven track record
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning frameworks)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for multi-year initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future trends
