Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon 3-5 trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Build and curate a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Design resilience protocols against black swan events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and societal impact modeling
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar strategic decisions
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
