Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computational Physics.
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with 5+ years in high-scale AI infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) and post-quantum cryptography.
- Strong understanding of LLM optimization, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
