Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Provide expert troubleshooting for Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud services
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Train users on cybersecurity best practices and system protocols
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain SLA response times
- Conduct proactive system health checks for key clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience with remote work tools
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification required
- Expertise in OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must reside in Bakersfield, CA area
