Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to clients via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex problems to the senior technical team.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accurate and timely information.
