Responsibilities

- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high-quality coding standards and architectural patterns across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several years into the future and plan for scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
