The Role
You will serve as the technical guardian of Project 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will define the architectural patterns, select the right tools for the job, and mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for millions of concurrent users.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge AI research papers into deployable, production-ready code and infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Lead the engineering roadmap, making critical decisions on technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and AI model optimization.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineers alike.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to ensure the technical vision aligns with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to ensure zero-downtime delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role within high-growth tech companies.
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- AI/ML Mastery: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- System Design: Experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and deliver elegant, scalable solutions.
