Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for 2026, identifying key technologies and integration points for upcoming product releases.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Technology Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen AI models, quantum interfaces) into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices.
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of trends relevant to the 2026 era, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, or advanced cybersecurity protocols.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
