Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and implement best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and high-availability cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Oversee the deployment of cutting-edge neural networks and predictive modeling tools.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to mitigate risk and ensure architectural integrity.
- Drive the roadmap for legacy system integration and future-proofing our core technology stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and AI-driven applications.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a history of shipping high-quality software on aggressive timelines.
