Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in trend analysis across quantum, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with data-driven future narratives
- Fluency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
