- Patent & Innovation Management: Lead the process of filing patents and securing intellectual property for breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and quantum computing principles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
