Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology
- Lead 15+ person cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align technological roadmaps with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and exponential risk mitigation
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present at Davos, TED, and SXSW on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Computational Philosophy
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review) on emerging tech ethics
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Proven track record of scaling innovation labs to $100M+ impact
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in foresight modeling tools (STEEP, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
