Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Intelligence Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable architectures that integrate classical AI with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Pilot Next-Gen Protocols: Lead the integration of 2026-era protocols, ensuring high-throughput data processing and minimal latency in distributed networks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Develop robust security frameworks for autonomous systems and ensure full compliance with emerging global tech regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system throughput and resource utilization for next-generation neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for future products, aligning development cycles with market trends and scientific breakthroughs.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- AI/Quantum Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and foundational concepts in Quantum Mechanics or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading AI or High-Performance Computing (HPC) teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
