Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms during night shift hours
- Implement security protocols for cloud environments including IAM policies, encryption standards, and network segmentation
- Respond to critical alerts and incidents with SLA-driven resolution times
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing during off-peak windows
- Document incident reports and optimize cloud security architecture
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cloud security certification
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of network security principles (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in SOC or NOC environments preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for incident reporting
