Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries for enterprise clients
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to address escalated customer concerns
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for remote support workflows
- Meet performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Comfortable with night shift scheduling and flexible availability
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
