Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve processes
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a remote or night shift environment
