Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 99.9% data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual communication tools
- Meet/exceed KPIs including first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in technical support
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) preferred
- Ability to thrive during overnight hours and maintain energy levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
