- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise software clients
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions with minimal supervision
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and detail
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and response time metrics
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and process optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in SaaS environments
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Expert knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar support platforms
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet dedicated workspace
