Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify process improvements for nighttime operations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in quarterly after-hours training sessions
- Escalate critical issues to Tier 2 support with detailed documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in night shift environments
