Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise software clients
- Resolve complex system issues with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with international teams using Slack and virtual meeting tools
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers during on-call rotations
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Monitor system alerts and perform preventative maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in technical customer support or IT helpdesk roles
- Proven experience working night shifts or rotational schedules
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and SaaS platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities for diagnosing remote system issues
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in unstructured environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
