As a key member of our 24/7 support infrastructure, you'll resolve technical issues for enterprise clients across the US and UK, becoming the voice of our brand during critical hours.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Document all interactions using Salesforce and Zendesk with precision
- Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot escalated customer concerns
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements with detailed solution guides
- Monitor system alerts during low-traffic periods to prevent service disruptions
- Participate in monthly cross-functional training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years technical customer support experience
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SaaS applications
- Excellent written communication in American English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Available for night shift schedule with weekend rotation
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
