Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for enterprise software and infrastructure systems
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, network, and software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document detailed case notes and resolution steps in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Conduct system health checks and proactive maintenance during off-peak hours
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through quality support delivery
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proven experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic skills for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, Monday-Friday
