Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Monitor and resolve network, security, and hardware incidents via ticketing systems
- Conduct system maintenance, patch deployments, and performance optimization
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with international teams during handover periods
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and incident response protocols
- Maintain compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal security standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
