Responsibilities
- Provide remote Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise-level systems and security infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve critical security alerts during overnight hours with SLA adherence
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with global teams during major incident escalations
- Conduct proactive system health checks and maintenance during off-peak hours
- Train junior support staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
- Participate in after-hours deployment and patching cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint security solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global teams
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, Monday to Friday
