Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network security systems during night hours to prevent cyber threats
- Provide remote technical support to global employees via ticketing systems and chat platforms
- Perform system backups, updates, and vulnerability scans during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports and resolution protocols in compliance with SOAC standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Respond to critical alerts within 15 minutes during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment background
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection
- Excellent written communication skills for cross-team documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Must reside in Fort Worth, TX area for timezone alignment
