Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services for proactive issue resolution
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software incidents using ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Execute system backups, security patches, and maintenance windows during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and virtual handovers for seamless continuity
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS/Azure certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds) and remote access solutions
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with complex network/SaaS applications
- Strong written communication for incident documentation and handover reports
- Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure situations with minimal supervision
