Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Document all troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions

- Conduct system backups and security checks
- Train users on IT protocols and best practices
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk role
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with Windows/macOS environments
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (7pm-7am)
