Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, and network security protocols
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues with minimal disruption to global operations
- Document incident reports, system changes, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical system deployments
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting procedures and escalation protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- Advanced certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and virtualization
