Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during overnight hours
- Monitor and resolve network outages, security alerts, and performance issues
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and preventive actions in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system maintenance windows
- Conduct remote diagnostics and system patches for client infrastructure
- Maintain SLA compliance for after-hour support requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network and security tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
