Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients
- Implement security protocols and monitor system performance during off-peak hours
- Document all troubleshooting processes and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless cross-shift handoffs
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures
- Conduct remote system maintenance and updates during scheduled downtimes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows/macOS administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
