Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure security during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and patch management systems
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-2 support for enterprise clients in financial and healthcare sectors
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedule (including weekends)
