Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise systems and end-user devices
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve system outages
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset changes in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Perform system backups and security patch implementations
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- 1+ years of IT support experience in 24/7 environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
