As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you will be the critical link between our clients and our technical infrastructure during off-hours. You will troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and ensure business continuity while the rest of the world sleeps.

Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets within established SLAs.
- Perform routine system monitoring and nightly maintenance tasks.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and user feedback in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and ensure clear communication of status updates.
- Assist in the deployment of software patches and updates as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
