Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Resolve complex customer issues including software troubleshooting, account management, and billing inquiries
- Document interactions using our CRM system with detailed notes and resolution steps
- Collaborate with global support teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and service excellence
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to product development teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS, mobile platforms, and web applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CST) including weekends
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk or Salesforce experience a plus)
