Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Participate in monthly training to master new products and compliance protocols
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time, first-contact resolution, and CSAT scores
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in night shift or high-volume environments
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and remote collaboration tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in home settings
- Strong written/verbal communication and active listening skills
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet home office space
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
