- Provide exceptional 24/7 customer support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM MST)
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency, exceeding client satisfaction targets

- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with proven night shift adaptability
- Expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet, dedicated workspace
