Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries with empathy and precision
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global support teams to escalate complex issues
- Continuously improve processes through feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score and SLA compliance
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or night shift environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Previous experience with B2B SaaS products preferred
