Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated cases efficiently
- Proactively identify trends and contribute to process improvements
- Adhere to strict SLAs and quality standards for all customer interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud services
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
