Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries with precision and empathy
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution time and CSAT scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities for remote workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software and ticketing systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management and self-discipline for night shift work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
