Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software problems for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with global support teams using Jira and Slack
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists with clear documentation
- Meet monthly KPIs for resolution time, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to master product updates and support protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in a remote environment
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Valid California work authorization
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
