Your Mission
As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients during off-hours. You will utilize top-tier remote tools to diagnose issues, resolve technical tickets, and ensure our digital infrastructure remains robust 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets via remote channels (Chat, Email, and VoIP) during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware connectivity issues for remote clients with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and system errors in our CRM database (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams during overlapping hours.
- Conduct nightly system health checks to ensure service continuity and data integrity.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
- Participate in nightly team stand-ups to align on priorities and share knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service (remote experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace are mandatory.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
