Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Respond to critical alerts and resolve Tier 2-3 technical issues
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patches
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Document incident reports and operational procedures
- Conduct proactive system health checks
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT infrastructure support (networking, servers, cloud)
- Experience with Linux/Windows Server environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills (OSI model, TCP/IP)
- Valid CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash)
