Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clientsDocument all support tickets in CRM system with detailed notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex issue escalation
- Monitor system health during overnight hours
- Conduct weekly system maintenance tasks
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
