Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to system alerts, tickets, and client requests during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues remotely and on-site
- Document all troubleshooting steps and incident reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Perform system maintenance and updates during low-traffic periods
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of IT support or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for on-site support duties
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
