Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Execute system backups, security scans, and maintenance windows
- Document incident reports, resolution logs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- On-call rotation for weekend/holiday coverage as scheduled
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog)
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license for occasional site visits
