Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Resolve critical system outages with minimal downtime using diagnostic tools
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global support teams during handover periods
- Proactively identify and escalate potential security threats
- Conduct system health checks and performance optimization tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk environment
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) preferred
