Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Respond to security alerts and initiate incident response protocols
- Document all troubleshooting activities and create detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages
- Perform proactive system health checks and maintenance tasks
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear context
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in 24/7 environments
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
